The customer service needs improvement and the sales people are incompetent.
THE worst place ever
I don't understand why the ratings are so low. I was there because the sim card on my new phone couldn't be activated somehow, they - Marc and Matt - were very nice, they solved my problem quickly with a free new sim card.
Unprofessional, incompetent, trying to take more than one customer at the time and not finishing through!!!!
Do not bother, will not honor national T- Mobile promotions

Takes forever to get service. I've been here several times and every time I am waiting for an hour or more to get helped. Other stores are much better.
Sometime you may get good person otherwise you will get different answer from different sales person. It seems like they do not know what they talking about.
