If you think you've got a deal, trust me look at Verizon or T-Mobile instead because they'll have similar deals and WON'T cause as much struggle and headache in order to actually fulfill the deal you're looking for. I'm talking about at least not having to correspond with store reps over the course of weeks to make sure they do what they promised you in store.
If you absolutely have to go to the store, expect an enormous wait, and disingenuous representatives.
Service was awesome. Had to purchase a SIM card for a phone I purchased in Europe. The staff knew what they were doing and it only took a few minutes.
Not only was the service far superior at Verizon, but for a brand new iPhone 7 and an s7 edge (me and my girlfriend both got new phones), I saved $600 in trade-ins (AT&T didn't want my phones, even though from what I can tell the trade-ins are offered by the manufacturer). Also, the same plan was $10 cheaper and came with 4 gigs of extra data for free. So, over two years, close to a thousand dollars saved, plus I didn't have to support bad salespeople. Go to Verizon!
When I walked in, the floor was empty, and the whole sales team were talking amongst themselves. They gave me as little time as possible, clearly weighing if their investment was worthwhile. They also immediately carded me and made sure my information checked out before talking to me about and plans or phones.
It is so nice, knowing I can walk in and the staff know me on a first name bases and always go above and beyond to help me with any of my questions and/or needs.
Awful service. Just awful. The phone is never picked up at the store, representatives have terrible attitudes, and they offer partial solutions that require a lot more work from the customer's end than from their own end. They often chat behind closed doors just goofing off, not caring that there are huge lines outside and people are getting aggravtaed.
Always, Derek B - Advanced Web
Service was so bad that I walked out of the store, went 100 yards down the road, and switched to Verizon.
The store manager, William Vargas as well as the district manager, William Caine Anthony who stops by from time to time, are also no help when you have a problem. No help at all.
If you ever need something to do with phones or data you must go to this location. Trust me you will be sure you did.
Customer centricity out for a toss
As a personal customer and a business customer, I must say this store is the best of the best. I have never been treated anything but kindly while in this location and the staff are so friendly.
And if your wondering, NO I am not with ATT and I am a real person. Thanks ATT for all you do!
