Nice store like all Apple stores. It was super crowded. I arrived at 6:20pm for a 6:30pm appointment at the genius bar and I did see anyone till 6:50pm. While I'm totally satisfied with my service, their system of checking in people and dispatching techs needs work. That's why I give 4 stars instead of 5
I had ordered the series 3 watch online for my wife. I had mistakenly order a space gray band instead of the black band (the bands look almost the same online). Janet and other team members at the store were very helpful in correcting my mistake which was appreciated.
Came here to have my watch serviced and the manager and Apple technician went above and beyond to help me. They make sure that you leave with the feeling that you made the right choice. I love Apple and this store is truly a representation of Apple values.
I Am honestly too afraid to go into any other Apple store after having a great outcome thanks to John! Among the other employees, they know their products, their passionate and these guys are customer service oriented. I gained more knowledge out of getting my screen fixed there then in some of my college courses...
Came here to check my mother's phone and the store stinks. They need to figure out a way to keep the store clean, with all the money Apple makes, this is simply unacceptable. I had to go outside because the bad smell was making me feel dizzy.
