Was very satisfied with the service I received here. Usually they only seem to want to take your money at mobile stores, yet they made me feel very at home and part of a family here. They made sure all my information got transferred properly to the new phones & that they were well protected on the way out! I especially want to thank Jacky tho! She made the whole process as pleasant as it should be!
Absolutely the WORST service i’ve had ever by STEVE who is apparently the manager but did not want to give proof of his name, he did not have a name tag on either or give any information on his manager... I want to file a complaint
These people shouldn’t have a job!!!!!!!! The people at the q.b mall should be fired and never allowed to work in this country again!!!! Forging fake bills and receipts pocketing money, it’s too much to deal with they tell you the bill is one amount turn around the bill is a completely different higher amount and all they can say is that they’re sorry!!!!!! Annnnnt wrong answer!!!!!!!

RUDEST people ever I've talked to. The way they responded made me feel like they don't care about new customers or they don't like to work. Before I could complete my question, the lady (the cute one who worked on Christmas eve 2017) she said i need to visit the corporate office to resolve this. I went away and came back to ask another representative, but she stepped in when i asked him about the same problem and said "I ALREADY TOLD YOU" [then she turned away]. No wonder so many customers are unhappy about this store in particular. The one's who rated 5 stars should either be lucky that day or the people who work there themeselves
