Dirty changing rooms, long lines, incompetent staff - got Home to find an item I paid for had not been put in bag. Called to be told they couldn’t refund it on phone - only in person. I try to avoid shopping here as it’s always awful.
Bait and switch and lied to at store vs online savings... was flat out lied to about the 195.00savings I could have had online vs store...then tried to call and only able to leave voicemail trans 8719, pg/store 45 01734 reg 046 assoc 3699... no one called back and corporate plays dumb

Awful staff and not very helpful. I would recommend not shopping at this Sears. Although the prices are reasonable.
Don’t purchase anything from Sears and have it shipped to your home, if I could give a negative rating I would. Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer plus two pedal stools an item arrived damaged was told that it was documented and I could call sears for replacement when I called I was told they couldn’t help me because it was over 3 days. I spent 3k and you can’t assist me that’s poor customer service! Will never shop at Sears again and I was coming back to purchase a bed mattress that lifts the head and feet which is over 6k I will spend my money elsewhere, where I am actually valued as a customer
