I’m not happy with customer service I bought four bedding set from there couple months ago and price change so I call customer service on my lunch spend my whole lunch talking to them about how do I get price adjustment when I bought those confer set was $39.99 yesterday price was $29:99 I had receipt so I thought they don’t need actual set that was my understanding only I need receipt to saw that I purchase from there now I need price adjustment so manager also told me that since it’s pass 10 days I need to bring original sets in order to get price adjustment mind you i have toddler running around at the store now they wants me to carry all four sets to get my price adjustment return n repurchase while I was there with my receipt why can they do it. Very disappointed what kind of customer service is that. And rules I have my receipt my card ID I didn’t stole all four comforter sets from there . Seriously

Worse experience at the shoes department.. employees at shoes department need to be train on customer service.. They don't know how to multitask or have no knowledge on that they are doing. Super rude and unhelpful..Macy's need to hired new professional people for this department..

Horrible customer service, the store itself is outdated. I wouldn’t be surprised if this particular store goes out of business, stores like this are the reason Macy’s isn’t doing well as a whole anymore

Great service ; wide choice ; great deals. Refreshing experience

I went in 2 days ago looking for a dress for a wedding, first one I tried I loved. I needed to reserve it for 2 days since I didn't get paid til Friday. They only reserve it for 1 day...fine whatever..when I worked at a women's clothing store...if the client seemed really determined in something we would hold it for 2 days , so that angered me. The next day I went in to hold it and. Today, Friday, I came to pick it up. Only 2 woman were working their area which might be the usual... I waited behind a group of three as one sales woman walked away from the counter and assisted them. The next woman came, up and the guy who was behind me walked up and passed me and asked if he could buy something, the woman didn't excuse him or anything. I thought that was incredibly rude because I had been waiting and she had helped someone else. Would rather go another store to buy clothes.
