Ihad an interaction with the new general manager Chris today. The way he spoke to me was rude, curt and dismissive, making me feel unimportant and disrespected.
This rating is for their website. I would give 0 stars if I could. I spent more than an hour selecting items from their website and all along they were not in stock... I got to the payment option and the poorly designed website would not even display an error to tell me that the reason that the payment was not going through was because the items were not available... I had to call customer service... they did nothing for me... we apologize that you had to use our website which doesn't give you correct information and doesn't provide you with messages to tell you what's wrong with your order. That's it... Customer service? they need a lesson from Amazon and Macy's...
Great remodeling, great inventory, poor poor staffing, this is my third trip to find many check out registers absent of employees to check you out, so few employees on the floor, you can't obtain assistance for any matter. So frustrating, as after spending two hours shopping I had to leave the store without merchandise as I waited 45 minutes to find someone to check me out, until I gave up and left. I asked the one employee on the floor and her response was you will have to wait until someone returns.
