I gave three stars rather than one because the gas and auto tire service is for me their forte.. Also, ALL their staff are always extremely helpful and courteous. They genuinely seem happy to be at work, something you don't see as often at other places.

Costco's store brand, Kirkland,is a great option on many household products that can save you money without sacrificing quality. Like many store brands these days Kirkland is a high quality, low priced alternative to thier heavily advertised counterparts. The cost not spent on commercials that no longer get seen anyway or the millions wasted on fancy packaging and brand recognition is passed along to its "Members" by Costco. Whether you need 30 lbs of hummus or 76 rolls of toilet paper, do yourself a favor and break the brand loyalty you've been brainwashed by advertisers into believing that you need. Try the triple pack Kirkland body wash that you'll need to clean yourself after you spill one of the #10 cans of Kirkland stewed tomatoes you were trying to pour into the commercial grade Stockpot you don't need but had to have for making the sauce from that recipe that Nana gave you. Oh and put back the kayak...seriously, you can get the giant box of frozen potato skins that you loved when you ate 7 free samples, but who are you kidding about the kayak

All of the Costco stores I've been in have been clean and orderly. The employees are usually very helpful and pleasant. 1 start was removed because Costco will remove great products without warning. You will show to buy and the product is gone. Can be aggravating.

Cons: Costco needs to develop their version of the Snap and Go app that Sam's club has (it works fabulously well, by the way). The check out lines are too long. Can they also name the aisles, instead of having numbers posted on them?

The organic selection is not big enough. No organic garlic, potatoes, onions or squash that I could find. The organic bananas cost more than I can get them at two other nearby stores without any membership fee. Also, I can not find any humanely raised (certified humane and organic) chicken or beef (hey, how about some grass fed beef too!). However, the frozen organic veggies are good.

Friendly staff, lively environment, the gas station has the best prices.

This is my local Costco store which opened fairly recently, but that is not the only reason I choose to go there. As a knowledgeable consumer of French bread, specifically, the baguette, I, along with my French husband will only buy them at this particular store. We have tried the baguettes at other Costco locations, to our great disappointment. The reason is unclear. The same goes for the croissants. Somehow, the baker at this Costco bakery is very familiar with making real French bread. Kudos to the hiring manager and, thank you for placing him or her in our proximity!
