In general, Cheesecake factory is a great experience, and they have an excellent menu with lots of choices. Overall I have found this location to be average.
I always have a great time here. The menu is very extensive and the servers and the kitchen are very accommodating. My boyfriend and I went on national cheesecake day, so food took a little longer than usual but that is understandable. Every table was filled but our wait was still only 30 minutes! Our server was very attentive and made sure everything was correct. My personal favorite cheesecake is the Smores cheesecake :) this place is great to go to for special occasions because they make it so special.
DO NOT ORDER DRINKS IN THIS PLACE! GOLD IS CHEAPER BY THE OUNCE. $12.50 PER DRINK ON THE ROCKS OR NEAT. $6.00 FOR A COORS LIGHT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? OF COURSE THERE ARE NO PRICES ON THE MENU AND THE WAITRESS CONVENIENTLY HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE PRICES ARE EITHER. WHAT A RIP-OFF. 4 DRINKS COST MORE THAN OUR WHOLE MEAL! FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME, NEVER AGAIN!
when you call in for an order they take for ever and it wont be ready when you get there. and on top of that they will have you waiting when you get there even if you call 30 mins ahead of time. Then to top it off your order will be wrong. And just because when you complain about it they will make promises to make it up to you and break those promises when you come back. Ive had 3 problems at this location, I doubt im coming back
I've been here a few times, but my last trip was a disaster and the manager didn't even seem to care. Out of 6 diners that I bought, only 1, a cheese burger, came out right. 3 of my kids love pasta and never complain, but all said it was cold and tasted funny. My wife and I ordered cob salads which came out dry. It took a while to flag down a server to get that fixed.
Don’t bother calling ahead for a cake to be made ready for a certain time or day. I arrived a half hour after, my cake was supposed to be ready & it wasn’t even taken out to be defrosted & then had to wait for my strawberries & whip cream to be put on the cake, so an extra 20 minutes. My order was there, but the employees “forgot” to take my cake out to be ready to eat at 10:30. Didn’t receive any discount, just a simple apology. Never coming back here again, to pay $55 for a frozen cheesecake that I can’t eat for another 2 hours. Terrible customer service.
