I went in to use the bathroom and to get a drink. First, the bathroom smells bad and the toilet didn’t flush. I told one of the servers so they could fix it. As I was waiting for my drink the manager making the food, Leah, went into the bathroom , flushed the toilet and continued to cook behind the counter ( without washing her hands or changing her plastic gloves). That’s beyond disgusting. I told a very nice server, Jessica, to let the manager know that that behavior is nasty and she shouldn’t be dealing with food. Don’t even get me started on the amount of flies everywhere. I walked out of the restaurant once I recieved my drink. All of the servers are nice and welcoming, but if the managers don’t how to run the “restaurant”, the whole place is gonna fall apart. I knew I shouldn’t have come here based on the review about the other manager that tried to feed a customer a burger she previously threw out.
First time here, excited to get a burger. Place was half full during lunch hour. Sat for 10 minutes and decided to leave when I was still not greeted by anyone. Went to Applebee's across the way for a burger instead.
How does a burger and hot dog place run out of HOT DOGS? It’s nowhere near closing time and you run out of food. I tried to order a burger, hot dog and fries and it was only 6pm only to be told after my order was placed that they were out of hot dogs? Was there a rush on hot dogs throughout the day or something? One of the waiters even said they had not even sold that many hot dogs today. In addition it took the manager forever to refund me for the hot dog I ordered. This place is PATHETIC. I’ve never had a bad experience at Johnny Rockets in any other location before....until this spot. They’ve only been open a couple of months and stuff like this is happening? I predict this location won’t be around long if they can’t get their act together. I know this....I will never come back to this location. #pathetic
Awesome place! The burgers were delicious, milkshakes were very well made - better than id remembered! - I definitely recommend this place. They just opened up and I took my family there for dinner, our server was friendly and helpful. The manager came to greet us as well. Overall good experience - and I am glad Johnny Rockets is close by now, we will be back!
So kinda beat, walked in and was told they had ran out of tomatoes and fries. Not the best start but we were ok with that. Then a few minutes later someone had said they were out of burgers. So after some confusion on if they were gonna close they took our order. The waiter only had napkins to take our order. About 10 minutes go by and he comes back to say somewhere in the process that napkin got lost. So reorder again and wait some more. Food finally comes and it's edible, missing bacon but not worth fighting over. They start to close up and lower the gate about halfway which for a 6'5 guy is kinda embarrassing to limbo out of. For $25 there are much better alternatives
