I've been getting my hair cut there for over 20 years - I've never been disappointed.

Waited 30 minutes for a 10AM appointment. The stylist's daughter was dropped off mid-way through the appointment. The receptionist ran my credit card and said: "Oops! I forgot to press the receipt button! Guess you don't get one." All combined, this was unpleasant enough that it wasn't worth $50. I won't be going back.
