I picked up a car at JFK to rent for 2 weeks. The alignment on the car is very off so I call this Hertz to ask if they could offer assistance. They told me they could not because they did not have a replacement car. I asked how Hertz recommends their customers fix their issues and he named 2 other rental locations - I clarified that Hertz expects its customers to fix their own problems and search for assistance and he refused to answer.

Next time I'll use another agency.

I have been renting a Hertz car since past 6 months, the service of this centre is not good infact its too bad I would say. They are too arrogant. I had an issue with a rented car and it took more than a month to exchange that!
