This place is generally GREAT, very good service. My most recent, and almost all experiences, have been positive. BUT, there was one occasion when my rental was covered by insurance, I asked for a small car as I like them better, but the agent told me "but your insurance will pay for a bigger one." I said I did not want a bigger one, can I have that Hyundai parked right there? "No, that needs servicing." It was a brand new 2017 car, what kind of servicing could it need? he insisted the only car available was a huge SUV that I did not want. I called every day to ask about switching, but was told no smaller cars were available. I think he just wanted to collect the higher fee. Aside from that one incident, however, these guys are great.

But, may be a mistake. I was given a car with the trunk in the following picture. May be they should be more cautious about the cleaning.

During that call, I confirmed that someone would be able to provide a ride back after I dropped off the car. They said they could if I could arrive prior to 5:00. When I returned the car, there were no other customers, so again the time spent there was minimal and there was no wait for my ride.

There were no other customers when I arrived so the time spent there was minimal. There were about four cars from which to choose, and when I explained that I wanted to remain within the budget my insurance company allotted, they found a car that would keep me right under that amount (he even calculated in the taxes) so that I would not have any additional out of pocket expenses. The day prior to to my return date, I received a courtesy call reminding me that if I chose to keep the car beyond that date, it would no longer be covered by my insurance but that I had the option to continue with the rental and pay on my own.

They were very accommodating, helpful, informative, and courteous. As always, Enterprise did not disappoint.

Also, the car prices and the upgrades for a better price is something I liked. They always had good fleet whenever I rented from them.

Website is misleading for pick ups. Notes are they will pick up within 10 miles but not the airport. There should be a clarification that this is only true if there are no other enterprise locations in the area. With this situation their pick up radius is halfway to the other location, so you will need to actually call the store and verify their travel routes to get you and where to book. I was 6.8 from this enterprise and 4.7 from the other and that 2 miles made the difference. Very inconvenient to find out the day of travel when they i was told I only needed to call the day of when I tried to early book a pick up. The additional taxi fare makes this not the most economical rental company option. Heavily disappointed - should be stated online or prior to rental reservation.

The prices and the customer service from most of the staff was really good.

We've been renting vehicles from Enterprises across the country and from this location for many years with nothing but good service, and recently my insurance company set up a rental at this location following an accident. It was a seemless process. I called to set up pick up and return dates and asked about obtaining rides on those dates. My pick up location was within their service area and everything worked out well.

I always rent from Enterprise because of their national reputation convenient pick up and drop offs, and their large fleet. I typically don't have problems - with the exception of the last rental I had, the radio/media screen in the Dodge Charger just stopped working. Luckily it was discovered before I drove off. Ultimately, they switched out my car fast and I was on my way. I like that they offer EZPass rental as well. I will likely continue to rent from Enterprise.

Extremely pleasant staff. Car worked well, but the lane and brake assist features should have been notified to the driver as this was distracting and startling (unsafe driving conditions). Maintenance required light was on the entire trip but was ensured there was no concern. Location is awful to merge out of the parking area.
