I️ hurt my back while moving furniture into my new home last month. I️t was a stupid mistake, didn’t think I’d be in so much pain. I️ went to Dr. Payal for help and it only took three sessions for the pain to completely subside. We spent another two sessions during which she showed me how to modify my gym routine so I️ could continue getting stronger properly and avoid any future injury. Loved the one on one attention!

His knowledge of biomechanics and energy systems is astounding, and anybody looking to improve performance across all aspects of movement should look no further than ADAPT. As a physical therapist, I would love to refer my patients to ADAPT because Cody applies the latest in technology and evidence with the knowledge necessary to keep the training safe.
