Todd is a great guy, in fact he is the definition of customer service. We came a little late, but he was willing to accommodate us. The facility is great and well kept. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who is looking to rent.
I've rented several times from this location and every time has been fabulous. The staff (particularly Todd) always go above and beyond to make sure that I'm 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this Extra Space location and the company as a whole.
Just adding to my review to provide an update. This place is really really good when it comes to dealing with there patrons. Todd is incredibly kind and patient and definitely an approachable individual as well as the young lady that works with him. I highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs.
Truly an excellent storage facility! The staff are friendly and courteous. Rates are competitive and represent a good value when you consider the long access hours (6am to 10pm) and the ability to have an indoor, climate controlled unit. You can even drive directly into the indoor storage area which is a huge convenience and ensures that your items will always stay dry! This is without a doubt the best storage facility in the Princeton area!
The staff is so friendly and helpful! My stuff was in storage at this facility for over a year and every time I went to grab something I saw them checking the units. Felt very secure having my valuables there!
