The manager and Crew suck. I often buy necklaces and earrings for my wife and daughter.. i literary have to go to a different mall because how nasty they are.. mainly the manager.. horrible
They are the worst jewelry store I have ever dealt with. They called me and said my engagement ring would be back on feb 17, 2017. I get there and they tell me they sent it back out! Wow really. They are so incompetent and stuck up. Never again will I ask from jewelry from this company!

Very disappointed
My boyfriend bought me a beautiful necklace from here for my birthday in September . I went to the store today in December because my dogs paw got caught in the chain and it got stretched out . My boyfriend perchased the warranty package on the necklace just In case anything were to happen to it . Hence in this situation. I took it today so they can send it out an get me a new chain . The store manager Linda said that all they can do is send it out an have them cut down the necklace back to 18" . I was pretty upset because I have a warranty on this necklace and I will get sent back a broken chain that is streched out but just cut down to the soze I like ?????!!?!? Dosent make sense what so ever ! The manager told me just don't sleep in it next time ??? Excuse me ??! Are you serious! Worst place ever !! Worst staff ever !! Me and my boyfriend will never come here again !
