Purchased queen bed and mattress and I was told by old gentleman that there won't be any interest for 5 years. That guy was not even able to do right calculation with calculator so particularly remember him. They put very fine print and opened account and charged me interest for few months. TD bank with whom they open account, they don't even inform customer about promotion expire and keep on charging interest for few months. Lesson learnt that sales person say something and actually do something else. Not ethical practice.

Just 3 stars only for mercer mall store. I had very bad delivery experience last Saturday. I was waiting for my dad's furniture at home all day. The delivery time was 2-5pm and the delivery guys showed at 9pm. I was already frustrated and I didn't tip them. I went to the store next day with my dad to complain and the salesperson Lee was very friendly and directed us to the customer care manager Mo who had resolved our problems with a beautiful smile. That handsome man apologized to my dad and refunded the delivery charge back to his credit card immediately.
Came here last weekend to purchase a new loveseat for my grandparents who love in Bergen County. We were trying to match power lift chairs that we bought from another vendor because they have trouble with walking/posture. We were fortunate enough to be helped by Lee Voo who was absolutely outstanding with his service! He tried so hard to help us find a match within my grandparents' price range and was so pleasant to work with every step of the way. Once we did find a sofa that was a close enough match, he was so careful with every detail of the purchase, making sure everything was right. He even gave us his personal cell phone number and said to call him any time if we had questions or an issue with delivery. We just felt so compelled to write this review because we have never dealt with such an incredibly nice, genuine salesperson before. Thank you, Lee! You were wonderful!
