Chris Long was very patient in discussing my preferences and worked with other dealers to make sure I got exactly the car that I wanted and in just a few days. He also came through with a lower interest rate at the last minute, lower than what even I could get directly from the same bank. Nick Long has gone above and beyond to make sure that I fully understand the features and benefits of the new car. It's clear that he believes in and is very passionate about Volvo cars. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly.
My car died on the road and I had it towed to Princeton Volvo. They were very kind to me. After they assessed the car and gave me the bad news that she had gone to the Volvo heaven. They kept her for 2 weeks befor cars for kids picked her up and Volvo didn't even charge me. I'd like to thank Joe Fisher for being so helpful and sympathetic to my loss and Matt for taking his kindness as well. Thank you Guys your a stand up team.
Looked at new Volvos here on and off for years. Finally bought a used Volvo wagon. It was an awesome find: 9 years old but very low mileage (33k) for $13k. Sales person was great, professional and very respectable. Never had a problem with the car. Only brought it there twice for service (have basic service done locally). Service is a little pricey but worth it. Staff is very polite, courteous and pleasant to work with. Did a quick exterior wash before returning it. Building getting a facelift and looks nice. They're here to stay. Classy place, check them out if in the market for a Volvo.
Very good: 1) Service team was prepared to proceed efficiently thru the process when I arrived, 2) Service was reasonably priced, and 3) Service was completed in duration of time stated.
There are two things I never thought I'd do when shopping for a car: 1) Buy on route 1 in the Princeton area (thought it'd be too expensive); 2) Purchase without shopping around. We did both this weekend at Volvo Princeton and feel great about our experience. We were in great hands with Colby - he answered all of our questions, accommodated every request we had, and helped us get a great price on our new car and very fair deal on our trade-in. Will definitely return when the time comes!
