Everyone was nice and professional. The prices drew us in, but the staff and 1/2 price martinis kept us absorbed in the enchanting, tuscan-esque wonderland named eloquently. Houluhan's.
Service and atmosphere are good, but the food ranks about a 7 out of 10. Also, the tiniest bit pricey for the food you get. Better places nearby.
Visiting the area on business, stopped in and sat at the bar as a single patron. Very warm welcome phenomenal customer service from Taylor the bartender and George the manager. Excellent food, better service. Highly recommend coming here.

I'm not really sure what type of food style this place is trying to be. It's just a hodge podge of different foods from different cuisines. Don't get me wrong, the food is good here, some of it absolutely amazing. But it's like a watered-down Cheesecake Factory menu. Just a wee bit too much. Bartenders are almost always awesome here. I would say 95% of the bartenders are extremely speedy with service and surprisingly friendly for a chain restaurant. Service is OK. Not exactly the fastest. The reason why I give this two stars is because I tend to sit more often in the bar area because I'm not going to take up some server's entire table for 2 people who are just ordering a few drinks and apps. Sometimes the bar is full and we peasant folk are relegated to the high-tops of booths. This is where the service gets pretty sloppy. Not really sure what it is, considering I've heard Houlihan servers place in the bar area are the best of the best, but I have never had to wait 10+ minutes not only for the bar server to ask if I want another beer, but to REFILL MY WATER. Since I sit in this area the most, this is the crappy service that I see every time I come here. I haven't been there for almost 2 years namely because of that reason.
